Ideal candidates have HF/FH in engineering, several years in an industrial setting (medical tech preferred), and strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to operate across international teams.

Qualifikationen

• Basic technical training with HF/FH in engineering or med tech.
• Additional training in plastics technology, lean management, QM, or project management is an advantage.
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in medical technology, pharmaceuticals, or automotive.
• Experience in industrialization, automation, qualification/validation, and production-related process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation—even in interdisciplinary, international teams.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams; experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, FMEA, CAPA.
• Very good German and English skills (C1); other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Planning and implementation of industrialization projects from concept phase to series production.
• Production support and further development of systems, processes, and products.
• Process responsibility for defined manufacturing processes such as cleaning, assembly, labeling.
• Creation of technical documentation including 3D designs, specifications, and validation documents.
• Coordination of internal teams and external partners such as suppliers and assembly partners.
• Management of industrialization projects (internal and external).
• Monitoring of project progress, schedule, and budget.
• Ensuring quality standards and supporting qualification and validation activities.
• Technical support for suppliers and development partners.
