Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Industrial Engineer to lead industrialization projects in the Medical Devices sector in the Lausanne area. You will drive manufacturing process development, equipment design, and technology transfer with cross functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong CAD capabilities, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in process development, industrialization, equipment engineering or technology transfer.
• Experience in GMP and/or ISO 13485 environments.
• Strong project engineering experience managing work packages, costs and timelines.
• Excellent CAD skills with 3D modelling software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor).

Aufgaben

• Lead industrialization projects from process development to production transfer, ensuring quality, cost and timeline objectives.
• Act as Work Package Leader within larger projects, managing planning and deliverables.
• Design and commission manufacturing equipment, tooling, fixtures, and automated systems.
• Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, tolerances and documentation.
• Define and industrialize manufacturing workflows and URS; support validation activities.
