Compremium AG is seeking a motivated Medical ML/AI Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Bern. You will design, develop, train, and validate AI models for medical products, ensuring regulatory compliance across the lifecycle.

Collaborate with data, software, clinical, and regulatory teams to optimize on-device deployment on embedded/edge devices, including model compression and quantization. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree with strong regulatory awareness for AI in medicine.
• Experience with regulated medical devices and ISO 13485 familiarity.
• Hands-on ML model development, validation, and deployment.
• Ability to work across data, software, clinical, and regulatory teams.
