VF’s EMEA Internship Program in Stabio, Switzerland, invites you to join Timberland’s media operations as a Trainee. This 12‑month, full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience across multi‑market campaigns, social media, and SEO, with a focus on learning by doing and meaningful projects.

You will work with marketing, eCommerce, and external partners, delivering briefs, content planning, and campaign reports while developing project management and analytical skills in a global brand

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Audiovisual, or related field.
• Internship or first experience in marketing, media, or project coordination is a plus.
• Interest in social media, AI, brand and consumer journeys.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
• Curious, proactive, hands-on, and able to follow up to move projects forward.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the operational execution of multi-channel campaigns across markets.
• Coordinate briefs, specs, asset delivery, revisions with agencies and media partners.
• Assist development of social-first content and coordinate content production with creators.
• Work with Social Media to brief paid content and identify cross-functional opportunities.
• Partner with eCommerce to support campaign activation aligned with goals.
• Contribute to SEO/content roadmap and brand visibility across search and social.
• Prepare presentations, marketing updates, and campaign reports.
