Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on HW/SW integration, unit- and system-level testing or mechatronic troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting/programming for test execution and automation.
• Solid proficiency with Linux.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech/Diagnostics/IVD/GxP) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the physical and logical integration of hardware and software modules into cohesive diagnostic systems.
• Define critical parameters, configure test software, and parameterize firmware for reliability and performance.
• Design and run advanced electromechanical test setups, long-term endurance and reliability tests.
• Monitor instrument parameters, analyze data logs, and derive design improvements.
• Perform root-cause analysis with electronics, mechanics, firmware, and software teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transfer validated designs to manufacturing and service partners.
