Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a hands-on Site Leader for complex mechanical installation projects in Zurich. The role focuses on supervising daily installation activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict safety compliance while aligning with project timelines.

The successful candidate will possess a mechanical trade qualification or technical diploma, plus experience leading installation teams.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience supervising installation activities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety procedures.
• Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day mechanical installation works
• Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Monitor project schedules and milestones
• Manage site quality inspections and snagging
• Track labour productivity and performance
• Support material planning and deliveries
• Participate in project reporting and meetings
