Zusammenfassung

EH Group is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to develop the cell and stack architecture at the heart of our compact, high power density fuel cell products. You will design components, produce 3D models and drawings, and ensure manufacturing readiness while collaborating with R&D and production teams.

The role requires a BSc/MSc in mechanical engineering, 4–5 years of relevant experience, and expertise in SolidWorks, GD&T, and DFM/DFA.

Qualifikationen

  • BSc/MSc in mechanical engineering is mandatory.
  • 4–5+ years of mechanical design experience in an engineering hardware business; fuel cells or electrolysers an advantage
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and GD&T
  • Understanding of DFM/DFA and thin-metal forming, coating, laser welding and joining processes
  • In-depth understanding of thermofluidics and aspects related to fuel cells
  • Able to own a design end-to-end while working closely with team members
  • Knowledge of sealing design, flow distribution, contact pressure or materials corrosion is a plus
  • Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts
  • Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory; French/German is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design/conceptualise fuel cell stack components such end plates, compression and clamping hardware
