Fuel Cell Stack Process Engineer - Lean Six Sigma

Zusammenfassung

EH Group is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, industrialise and optimise the manufacturing processes for our fuel cell stacks in Switzerland. You will define process parameters, work instructions, control plans and FMEAs for stack production, and design tooling with suppliers.

Lead process validation, capability studies and Lean/Six Sigma improvements while troubleshooting issues on the production floor. Fluency in English and French is mandatory; German is a plus. Start date: Immediate.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in mechanical, chemical, materials or manufacturing engineering is mandatory.
• 5–6 years of process engineering experience in hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with fuel cells, batteries, electrochemistry, coatings or precision assembly is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of FMEA, control plans and process validation.
• Lean/Six Sigma methodologies proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimise stack manufacturing and assembly processes from prototype to series.
• Define process parameters, work instructions, control plans and FMEAs for production steps.
• Design tooling, fixtures and process equipment with suppliers.
• Lead process validation, capability studies and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot process and quality issues on the production floor.
• Collaborate with materials, test and design engineers to ensure manufacturability.
• Support scale-up of production capacity.
