Zusammenfassung

EH Group Engineering in Nyon, Switzerland, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design components and assemblies for compact, high-power fuel cell products. You will produce 3D models, drawings, and tolerancing per GD&T, and collaborate across simulation, test, electrical, and process teams.

We require a BSc/MSc in mechanical engineering and 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in hardware. Proficiency in SolidWorks and English/French language skills are mandatory; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in mechanical engineering is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of mechanical design experience in an engineering hardware business.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and in-depth understanding of GD&T.
• Understanding of DFM/ DFA and common manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of sealing, thermofluidic, thermal or structural design is a plus.
• Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts.
• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design mechanical components, modules and assemblies for fuel cell stacks and systems
• Produce 3D models, detailed drawings and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Apply design-for-manufacture and design-for-assembly principles
• Support prototyping, build and validation of designs
• Work with suppliers on component manufacture and tooling
• Maintain BOMs, drawings and engineering changes in PLM
• Collaborate with simulation, test, electrical and process engineering
