Medicall is seeking a Student Assistant (m/f/d) to support technical assistance in a hybrid role based in Wangen-Brüttisellen, Switzerland. The position allows 60–100% engagement for students and offers engagement during October to December with a focus on coordinating services and direct contact with people in need.

You will work in shifts, including some weekends, and join a team that trains and supports you.

Qualifikationen

• Completed a high school diploma, commercial school, or apprenticeship; may be enrolled at a university.
• Willing to work shifts and occasional weekends (2–3 times a month).
• Native German; French at B2; Italian an advantage.
• Strong service orientation and phone contact.
• Helpful and enjoy supporting people.
• Technically savvy and quick to learn IT systems.
• Remain calm and positive in hectic situations.

• Direct contact with people in challenging emergencies.
• Coordinate and organize assistance services in Switzerland and abroad.
• Work in an international, multilingual environment.
• Receive training and support from a dedicated team.
