Job summary

You will own master data processes, governance, and cross-functional coordination for Travel Retail, with strong SAP MD expertise and project-management skills. Qualifications

• Strong SAP master data experience across customer, material and assortment domains.
• Understanding of data governance and MD management processes.
• Experience with workflow tools and approval systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions, regions and external providers.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly review and approval of master data controls for SOX compliance.
• Act as business owner for the internal master data approval tool and liaise with Travel Retail teams.
• Lead onboarding and training for the master data request platform.
• Provide training to the commercial team on master data processes and act as SME.
• Coordinate data synchronization requirements and liaise with external IT service providers.
• Partner with business, IT, and data teams to drive operational excellence.
• Support Travel Retail material master data processes and governance.
• Coordinate assortment master data knowledge across functions and manage escalations.
