Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP master data domains (customer, material, assortment).
• Understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
• Experience working with workflow tools and approval systems.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and external service providers.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly review and approval process for SOX-compliant customer master data controls.
• Lead the internal customer master data approval tool and govern Travel Retail processes.
• Onboard and train the master data request platform.
• Deliver training sessions for commercial teams on master data processes.
• Manage data synchronization with external customers and IT service providers; resolve GDSN issues.
• Partner with business, IT and data teams to drive operational excellence.
• Serve as contact for assortment master data and coordinate knowledge across functions.
