Marketing Materials Designer - Fixed Term (1 year)

Your Role

AsMarketing Materials Designer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials. In this role, you willdevelopa range of international online and offline collateral.You will work closely with various internal stakeholders. These include investment specialists, investment writers, research analysts, and portfolio managers. You will also collaborate with branding, communications, legal, and compliance teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including product presentations, printed publications, newsletters, and infographics
• Transform investment content into easily understood communication materials (for both digital and print), taking into account the target audience, key messages, and brand guidelines
• Create dynamic presentations for Asset Management and support keynote speakers to create visually appealing and convincing presentations for town halls and events
• Develop creative concepts and assets for campaigns, spanning social media, web banners, print, and digital ads
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality brand presence across every touchpoint

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) inGraphic Design, visual communications, or a similar design-focused qualification, with1-3 yearsof practical experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or financial environment. A digital portfolio demonstrating strong skills in presentation design, print layout, and digital assets is essential for application.
• Expert level experience with Microsoft Power Point (creating complex, dynamic presentations) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator); animation and video skills are a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with Excel. Experience with social media platforms, Figma, generative image AI tools, and Adobe AEM is a plus
• A creative way of thinking demonstratinghigh attention to detail, consistency, anda keen eye for typography,layout, and brand consistency, combined with the ability toweigh problems and set priorities
• Excellent time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure. Features a hands-on mentality, organizational skills, capabilityto work independently, and willingnessto take responsibility
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team,take constructive feedback positively, and workwith various stakeholders. Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and aproactive mindset with a genuine interest in the financial services sector
• Fluency in English; fluency in German and/or French is a plus
