Bank J. Safra Sarasin seeks an Investment Communications Specialist to deliver high-quality investment and marketing content for our Asset Management division.

You will connect with stakeholders across multiple channels and ensure materials are engaging, accurate, and compliant. The role requires collaboration with investment professionals, editing fund reporting, and shaping content for digital delivery while supporting regional campaigns and adherance to ESMA regulations.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, language, or communications with 3 years in investment writing or financial journalism.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes with excellent editorial and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced communications environment.
• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.

Investment Communications Specialist

Your Role

As anInvestment Communications Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you arecreative self-starter and a team player. You willdeliver high-quality investment and marketing content. In doing so, you willprovideengaging, accurate materials that support our Asset Management division and connect with key stakeholders across multiple channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to transform subject-matter knowledge and supporting materials into clear, compelling investment content
• Edit and refine fund reporting for consistency, clarity, style, and compliance
• Shape investment content for effective delivery on digital channels
• Support cross-regional marketing campaigns and PR activities with compelling editorial content
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory requirements (incl. ESMA)
• Support other writing, editing, or marketing-related projects as needed

Your Profile

• Higher education (university / FH) inbusiness, language, communications, or other relevant disciplines, with3 yearsof practical experience ininvestment writing, digital marketing, or financial journalism
• Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes with excellenteditorial, proofreading, and writing skills. Experience withAEM and Sprinklr, as well as an affinity for using AI tools to support content creation and improve tools, and processes, is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure, go the extra mile, andtake responsibility, combined with the abilityto adapt and innovate in a fast-paced communications environment
• Fluency in English and German; fluency in French is a plus
