Marketing Inventory Lead — On-site Zurich

Job summary

On in Zurich is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing Inventory Management to lead the local inventory operations and ensure accurate, fully tracked assets for global activations.

You will partner with GTM, Studio Production, Events and regional teams to create a single source of truth, optimize allocation, and guarantee timely availability for campaigns, shoots and seeding initiatives. 5-day on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sample/product operations, inventory management, or showroom operations.
• Experience building or using inventory or asset management systems and translating needs into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational management of the Zurich inventory location, improving scalable systems, processes, and SOPs for accurate, efficient inventory management.
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for inventory with full visibility into location, status, availability, and forecasted needs; monitor deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate procurement and physical handover workflows to ensure products are available for Commercial Briefings, e-com shoots, global campaigns, and seeding initiatives.
• Partner with marketing, studio, and regional stakeholders to optimize allocation across concurrent initiatives and mitigate production risks.
• Oversee end-to-end inventory lifecycle from receipt, cataloging, allocation, returns, and cleaning to readiness for future use.
• Be onsite five days a week at Zurich inventory facility to manage daily operations.
