Zusammenfassung

Linnea SA in Riazzino, Switzerland, is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Commercial Department on a 50% part-time basis. You will contribute to marketing activities and ensure high-quality content across corporate channels and materials.

You will work with the Marketing & Communication Manager, ESG Responsible, internal stakeholders and external agencies to plan, create and coordinate communication activities for our global pharmaceutical presence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.
• Experience in marketing, communication, content creation or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Experience managing content across digital channels (web, LinkedIn, newsletters).
• Understanding of SEO and website analytics.

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Commercial Department within the pharmaceutical/API industry on a 50% part-time basis.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of our marketing and communication activities, ensuring consistent, engaging and high-quality content across our corporate channels and materials.

You will work closely with the Marketing & Communication Manager / ESG Responsible, internal stakeholders and external agencies to plan, create and coordinate communication activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for corporate materials, newsletters, articles, videos and other communication channels.
• Develop and manage the editorial plan across the website, LinkedIn, newsletters and other channels.
• Manage website content and monitor SEO, social media performance, traffic and engagement.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or equivalent.
• Proven experience in marketing, communication, content creation or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and engaging way.
• Experience managing content across digital channels, particularly websites, LinkedIn and newsletters.
• Basic understanding of SEO, website analytics and social media performance.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proactive, creative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with external agencies and/or in an international environment is a plus.
