Jobbeschreibung

Team & Mission

Verity is the global leader in autonomous indoor drone systems, enabling zero-error warehousing for big box retailers, 3PL providers, and manufacturers. Clients include DSV and Ingka. We're immediately looking for an additional team member to join our growing production team, where you'll be part of a small team responsible for building and producing entire drones.

What You'll Work On
  • Manually assemble and maintain drones, parts, and support equipment to detailed specs and quality standards, using automation technologies safely
  • Independently troubleshoot technical issues affecting assembly or quality
  • Perform quality control procedures and document results
  • Occasionally support broader company/team goals off the shop floor, like packing shipments to customers/events or helping with inventory management
Your Background
  • Completed formal training in working with electronic equipment (e.g. electronics technician, automation technician, mechanic, or similar), through a vocational program, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on path
  • First professional experience assembling automation technology at a macro-component level (e.g. working with pre-assembled parts), rather than fine-scale work like surface-mount soldering or oscilloscope-based measurement
  • Experience with hand soldering at through-hole scale (e.g. attaching cables through a hole on a PCB)
  • Good computer skills
  • Good written and spoken English (business language is English)
Why Verity?
  • A great engineering culture, including flat hierarchies, an open-door policy, and a focus on joint responsibility and mutual trust and support
  • Working with a skilled, high-achieving, experienced, and fun team-with lots of opportunities to develop your professional career and grow with the company
  • Flexibility of a hybrid work environment. You can arrange start and finish times around your life (picking up kids, walking the dog, training for your next marathon at lunch)
  • 25 days of annual leave, employee stock ownership plan (conditions apply), variety of pension plans, and relocation packages
  • A buddy will support you during your onboarding and first month at Verity.
  • Annual team-building events, quarterly and monthly get-togethers, knowledge-sharing talks, game nights, and more
  • Welcoming office space complete with friendly team members, free snacks (fresh fruits, coffee, and more!), and fun activities-we're dog-friendly!
