We are looking for a highly hands‑on Lab Technician based in Zurich to support prototype builds, hardware testing, lab operations, and cross‑site engineering work. This role is for someone with a broad practical skillset across prototype fabrication, electrical testing, soldering/rework, cable harnessing, prototype debugging, and light software or scripting. You might spend one day designing and fabricating a fixture, reworking a connector, debugging a test setup, modifying a script, organizing prototype inventory, and helping an engineer bring up hardware. You will own hands‑on support for prototype systems in Zurich and travel regularly to our California HQ, with occasional travel to Finland, to support builds and testing across teams.
