MultiTech Solutions, a service company specializing in industrial automated production systems, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable installations and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Federal VET Diploma in automation or equivalent, with 5+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, automation).

Qualifikationen

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and automation systems.
• Willingness to work in shifts and travel within the region.
• TIG welding is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Repair, maintain, analyze and improve the machine fleet (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical).
• Identify faults quickly, perform repairs and minimise downtime.
• Follow current quality and safety procedures.
• Analyze root causes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve performance.
• Possible travel within French-speaking Switzerland (company vehicle provided).

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions to ensure the proper functioning of installations safely.
• Repair, maintain, analyse and improve the entire machine fleet, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components.
• Quickly identify faults, carry out repairs and minimise downtime.
• Follow current quality and safety procedures.
• Analyse root causes of failures and propose continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve machine performance.
• Possible travel within French-speaking Switzerland (company vehicle provided).

PROFILE

• Federal VET Diploma in automation, mechanic-electrician or Federal Certificate of Maintenance Agent, with professional experience in a similar position or equivalent qualification.
• Training as an electromechanic or automation technician and at least 5 years of successful experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical and automation) in the agri-food or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Available immediately, a plus.
• Ability to work independently, analytical mindset and solution-oriented.
• Versatile, rigorous, proactive and methodical.
• Trustworthy and reliable person.
• Able to work in shift patterns.
• TIG welding is a plus.
