Responsibilities
  • Independent management and consulting for clients on all payroll matters
  • Processing monthly payroll including all relevant filings and reports
  • Preparation of tax returns and social security reports
  • Serving as a contact for tax and social security questions
  • Participating in the optimization and development of payroll processes
  • Collaborating closely with accounting and HR departments
Qualifications
  • Swiss federal diploma in trust, finance, or accounting, preferably with further training in payroll or HR administration
  • Several years of experience in payroll
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss payroll law, social security, and tax regulations
  • Proficiency with common payroll software and MS Office
  • Customer-oriented and independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English
