Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a senior Operations/SC leader in Switzerland (Zurich area) to map end-to-end business processes, define scenarios, and ensure design adherence across functions. You will support ERP Global Template development and drive program methodology in a global setting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with a Design Authority, and mitigate design risks while coordinating with a global supply chain expert network. Travel up to 50% may be required.

• Own end-to-end business process mapping, scenario/use case definition, integration, and design adherence across the impacted functions.
• Support development, maintenance, and adherence to ERP Global Template as well as the program methodology.
• Ensure key processes and capabilities are designed, documented, and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
• Lead the program team in mapping end-to-end business processes/needs in order to solicit the right solutions.
• Lead the Design Authority Meeting and drive identification and mitigation of design risks.
• Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design, development, maintenance, and improvement of global processes and integration points.
• Establish and implement process design methodology, including relevant templates, tools, methodology, controls, and cadence.
• Run cross-program process design Interdependencies by working with respective partners to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or large transformation programs
• Solid experience in business process design, engineering, or optimization experience
• Hands‑on project delivery experience
• Experience working in a complex, global system environment and experience with large‑scale SAP ERP project(s)
• Strong customer‑centric focus
• Ability to effectively lead and govern cross‑functional decision‑making bodies
• Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
• May require up to 25% to 50% domestic and international travel
