Zusammenfassung

TalentCloud Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex SAP-driven transformation programmes for medium to high complexity clients in a global consulting setting. You will design SAP solutions, drive end-to-end sales processes and RFPs, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with existing client IT landscapes.

Fluency in English and German is required, with delivery and integration management experience a must.

• Extensive experience with SAP-driven business transformations.
• Proven SAP configuration experience for a module, with recent S/4HANA exposure.
• Strong sales/RFP management experience with mid-to-large clients.

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is growing its SAP practice and looking for a Senior Manager to lead complex SAP-driven transformation programmes for medium to high complexity clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Evaluate, design, and implement SAP solutions tailored to client business needs
• Lead end-to-end sales processes and RFP dynamics for medium/high complexity engagements
• Act as a trusted advisor to CxO-1 stakeholders
• Drive business transformation programmes combining process design, people, and technology
• Integrate SAP applications smoothly with existing client IT landscapes

What you’ll bring:

• Extensive experience with SAP-driven business transformations
• Proven track record in SAP configuration for a specific module, with recent S/4HANA experience
• Strong sales/RFP management experience with medium-to-large clients
• Fluency in both English and German is required for this role
• Delivery & integration management experience, ideally within a leading consulting firm
