Job summary

mylife Diabetes Care AG in Burgdorf is seeking a Manager Infusion Testing Laboratory to lead and develop a high-performing team within a hybrid, 100% role.

You will plan resources, budgets and processes to ensure top-quality measurement and test methods across the product lifecycle, working with cross-functional teams and external labs where needed.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in a technical/physical laboratory or related industrial environment.
• Strong technical understanding and an interest in measurement and testing.
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
• Experience coordinating work, resources, projects and stakeholders; previous people-management experience is an advantage.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with external testing and measurement laboratories when needed.

Your main tasks

• Lead the team and support its development

Your profile

• Relevant technical education, such as vocational training or a university degree; further education in a relevant field is an advantage

• Strong technical understanding and an interest in measurement and testing
• A methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions
• Experience coordinating work, resources, projects and stakeholders; previous people-management experience is an advantage
• Clear communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to different stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Experience in a regulated or medical technology environment is an advantage
