Job summary

Helvetic Motion AG, based at the Geneva airport area, is seeking a Management Trainee 100% to join a fast-growing Swiss mobility provider. The role blends operational leadership with strategic insight and broad exposure across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and people management.

You will start in a dynamic team, working closely with senior leaders and gaining hands-on responsibility while developing into a leadership or specialist role within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Completed or soon-to-be completed higher education.
• First leadership experience preferred.
• Motivating team player with hands-on mentality.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with focus on results.
• Passion for interacting with customers and delivering service.
• Fast learner and self-driven.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Valid Category B driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Gain operational leadership experience while contributing to strategy and hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, customer experience, finance, logistics, and people management.
• Build customer relationships and support daily business activities.
• Participate in cross-functional tasks across the business to drive growth.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed or soon-to-be completed higher education
• Preferably first leadership experience
• Motivating team player, supporting and enabling others with strong hands-on mentality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong focus on results
• Passion for interacting with customers, selling and delivering outstanding services
• Fast learner and self-driven
• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Readiness to work on shifts (evening, weekends, public holidays, etc.)
• Valid Category B driver’s license
