Job summary

Lonza is offering an internship in Analytical Development in Biologics Mammalian at the Visp site in Switzerland. The program lasts 9 to 12 months and is fully site-based, enabling close collaboration and high-precision manufacturing standards.

You will perform routine testing, data analysis, and contribute to the development of new technical solutions, while maintaining lab equipment and supporting the team on site.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of biochemical methods is required.
• Hands-on laboratory experience is beneficial.
• Strong data handling and interpretation skills.
• Good communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to routine testing of protein therapeutics (HPLC, CE-SDS, icIEF, LC-MS).
• Generate and analyze data, interpret results.
• Work independently on improvements and develop new technical solutions.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and related tasks.
