Requires a BSc/MSc with 3+ years of biotech experience, knowledge of Delta V or Syncade, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This on-site role includes relocation support and a broad benefits package in Visp.

Qualifikationen

• BSc or MSc in a life sciences discipline with biotech focus.
• 3+ years of biotech manufacturing experience in cell culture and purification.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Plan, execute, and document manufacturing campaigns for mammalian cell culture and purification processes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams as Functional Lead for all manufacturing-related aspects of assigned products.
• Prepare and manage SHE, Environmental Monitoring, risk assessments and mitigation measures.
• Create, maintain, and implement GMP-compliant production documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee manufacturing activities per cGMP, including batch execution, deviations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support capital investment projects through design, commissioning, qualification, and automation.
• Train biotechnologists/operators, support customer audits and inspections, and drive continuous improvement.
