Black Forest Labs, headquartered in Freiburg, Germany with a growing presence in San Francisco, seeks an IT/Corporate Engineer to transform a partially built environment into automated, self-service infrastructure for workforce enablement.

You’ll own the endpoint lifecycle, migrate MDM, automate identity and access, and build tooling to reduce manual work while maintaining strong security. Role involves Freiburg on-site support and SF remote support.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on IT / corporate engineering experience in a fast-growing startup.
• macOS fleet management, MDM (Jamf/Iru), and zero-touch provisioning.
• Identity and access administration with IdP including SSO/SAML and SCIM-based automation.
• Scripting and automation (Python, shell) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Security-minded approach to endpoints and access.

Aufgaben

• Own the full endpoint lifecycle for macOS fleet including purchasing, issuance, and zero-touch setup.
• Complete our MDM migration across the endpoint fleet.
• Own identity and access across our SaaS vendor stack, and replace manual access administration with automated joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle (SSO, SCIM).
• Build automation and internal tooling to remove routine human work from the path to staff productivity.
• Define IT infrastructure as code, with configuration, provisioning, and access managed in version control.
• Implement and maintain identity, access, and endpoint security controls for workforce systems.
• Provide workplace technical support in Freiburg and remote support for our San Francisco office.
• Manage video conferencing equipment across offices.
• Develop tooling and reporting that turn endpoint metrics and support data into a clear picture of our operational health.
