Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Teams telephony.
• Solid understanding of Azure, Entra ID, IAM, and cloud concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, governance, troubleshooting, and document management.
• Experience with migrations, backups, and collaboration with external IT providers is a plus.

• Develop, operate, and optimize the Microsoft 365 collaboration environment (Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for collaboration across the group.
• Advance Teams communication and telephony capabilities; evaluate new 365 features for business value.
• Drive migration away from traditional file shares to SharePoint Online-based collaboration.
• Provide second-level support and coordinate solutions with internal and external partners.
• Act as a Microsoft 365 ambassador, enabling employees through guidance, training, and best practices.
