Zusammenfassung

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior M365 Consultant to design and implement modern Microsoft 365 environments, spanning collaboration, security, and endpoint management. You will work with Sales, Delivery, and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will own architecture development, run readiness assessments, and support governance for Copilot adoption within enterprise contexts. Strong French and English skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in consulting, architecture, or technical delivery at senior level.
• Broad, generalist understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem connecting collaboration, security, device management, compliance, and AI/Copilot scenarios end to end.
• Strong knowledge in Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive; Defender Suite; Intune / Endpoint Management; Purview / Data Security / Compliance; Copilot governance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and technical consulting across the Microsoft 365 stack with a senior, generalist perspective on modern workplace solutions.
• Design, architect, and implement solutions in collaboration, security, endpoint management, and data governance.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop robust cloud-based and hybrid modern workplace architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Managed Services and cross-regional delivery centers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Plan and conduct workshops, assessments, and presentations for customers.
• Support Sales during the presales phase and contribute to proposal strategies.
