Rothschild & Co is seeking an Experienced Analyst and Associate to join the Global Advisory Team in Zurich. You will contribute to the design and execution of strategic M&A and financing solutions for a diverse client base, leveraging a vast network across 40 countries.

The role emphasizes independent thinking, long-term client partnerships, and advanced financial modelling. Based in Zurich, you will participate in cross-border deals, manage multiple workstreams, and guide junior colleagues

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in investment banking role.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with IB tools like FactSet.

Aufgaben

• Work on multiple transactions and project teams simultaneously across workstreams and all critical steps of transactions.
• Lead junior teams and own workstreams in preparing analyses, client presentations, information memoranda and offering documents.
