Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end brand environment.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency required; additional language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a client-centric approach.
• Solid knowledge of product portfolio and luxury service standards.

• Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities to gain new clients and increase sales.
• Provide impeccable product knowledge and engage clients with appropriate products/collections.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and manage inventory accuracy.
• Develop long-term client relationships and convert prospects into buyers.
• Maintain CRM data quality by updating and cleaning client information.
• Ensure proper visibility inside and outside the boutique.
• Adhere to security procedures and perform regular stock checks.
• Handle goods-in receipt, stocking, and transfers; share product knowledge with the team.
