Zusammenfassung

CHANEL in Geneva is offering a Fashion Learning & Style Expertise Intern position. You will support development of learning and style content across Swiss markets and work with Learning and Style Expertise teams, Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

You will translate and adapt materials to French and English, create learning content on CHANEL Ready-to-Wear, publish on the e-learning platform and help track KPIs. Start Jan 4, 2027 for 6 months, in-person, 5 days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing a higher-education degree in Fashion, Communication, Business, Learning or related field.
• Internship must be part of academic program and count towards degree.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and proactive.
• Collaborative and eager to learn in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Strong written communication and clear idea structuring.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and presentation style.
• Experience in corporate or luxury environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and styling activities, including in-person training sessions, seminars and Style Expertise workshops in Geneva and Zurich.
• Coordinate practical training logistics, including planning, participant communications, agendas, training materials, catering and on-the-day support.
• Consolidate post-training feedback, identify strengths and opportunities for improvement, and monitor learner content retention.
• Create clear, engaging and visually refined presentations, training tools and internal communications.
• Support the diffusion of learning and Style Expertise communications to regional markets.

Working closely with the Learning Manager and Style Expertise Manager, the Fashion Learning & Style Expertise Intern will contribute to the development of learning and style expertise across Swiss Markets. The role supports the local and global Learning and Style Expertise teams, as well as partners in Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to help Fashion Advisors strengthen their styling capabilities and deepen their understanding of CHANEL style and collections through the creation, adaptation, deployment and measurement of engaging learning content and initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of learning and styling activities, including in-person training sessions, seminars and Style Expertise workshops in Geneva and Zurich.
• Coordinate practical training logistics, including planning, participant communications, agendas, training materials, catering and on-the-day support.

Learning & Styling Content Adaptation & Digital Learning

• Translate and adapt Global learning and Style Expertise materials to meet local market needs, in French and English.
• Create, adapt and distribute learning content related to CHANEL Ready-to-Wear collections, CHANEL style, styling principles and product lines.
• Publish and maintain learning content on the e-learning application and support the follow‑up of digital Style Expertise tools and internal fashion application.
• Adapt and share Global competitive intelligence and fashion trend content, including collection reviews, fashion news and runway trend insights.

Reporting, KPIs & Project Coordination

• Track, consolidate and report learning and Style Expertise KPIs across the region, including e-learning performance, Style Workshops and Art of Styling moments.
• Produce attractive, clear qualitative and quantitative activity reports to support performance monitoring and decision‑making.
• Coordinate meetings and projects through agenda preparation, meeting minutes, action follow‑up, timelines and retro‑planning.
• Collaborate with local and Global stakeholders across Learning, Style Expertise, Marketing and Visual Merchandising.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently completing a higher‑education degree in Fashion, Communication, Business, Learning or a related field, with a strong interest in fashion and the luxury industry.
• A mandatory internship agreement is required: the internship must be part of the candidate’s academic programme, necessary for degree completion and validated through academic credits.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Collaborative, open‑minded and eager to learn in a cross‑functional and multicultural environment.
• Strong written communication skills and an ability to structure ideas clearly.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a keen eye for design and presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Canva and CapCut is an asset.
• Previous experience in a corporate and/or luxury environment is a plus.

An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:

• The internship must be part of your study program.
• The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
• The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
