Amarcord Swiss GmbH in Zug is seeking a Luxury Sales & Client Development Manager who will drive premium client experiences, grow the client base, and own personal sales targets. You will work directly with the founder in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial luxury brand environment.

The role requires fluency in German and English, with Italian as a plus, and a strong track record in luxury or premium client-facing roles. Expect a performance-based bonus and career growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in luxury retail or premium client-facing environments.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent closing skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and independent.
• Confident using CRM systems, preparing reports and analysing KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Italian is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Proactively develop new client opportunities.
• Convert enquiries into appointments.
• Take ownership of personal sales targets and contribute to Amarcord's commercial success.
• Manage and continuously develop the CRM database.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, KPI dashboards and commercial analyses.
• Support the founder with strategic initiatives and business development projects.
• Represent Amarcord with professionalism, elegance and entrepreneurial spirit.
