Moncler Group in Gstaad is seeking a full-time Client Advisor to join the flagship store starting in December 2026. The role focuses on delivering a unique luxury shopping experience and building lasting client relationships through deep product knowledge and impeccable presentation.

You will work with the team to meet sales goals, uphold visual standards, manage stock when needed, and participate in inventory activities, while embracing a digital, luxury customer service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales activities; Experience in fashion/luxury/retail is an advantage
• Passion for retail and customer service; excellent customer and service orientation, commercial mindset
• Excellent understanding of the luxury segment itself and the associated products
• Fluent German/French, good English skills, and other languages are an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to develop within the company
• Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches

Aufgaben

• Ensure a unique customer experience; setting the course for a long-term relationship; taking responsibility for all phases of the sale; being familiar with after-sales and clienteling and creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere
• Achieving excellent sales performance and results
• Implementing and supporting visual standards in the store in cooperation with the Visual Merchandising Central Europe team; responsible for replenishment and stock management
• Active cooperation during the preparation and execution of inventories
• Effective and enthusiastic teamwork; conveying energy and motivation and being a reliable partner.
