Moncler is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Gstaad store, starting December 2026. You will guide customers through our brand values and heritage, delivering a premium shopping experience and building long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, maintain visual standards, support inventory, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Fluent German/French and good English are preferred; fashion/luxury retail experience is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales activities; Experience in fashion/luxury/retail is an advantage
• Passion for retail and customer service; excellent customer and service orientation, commercial mindset
• Excellent understanding of the luxury segment itself and the associated products
• Fluent German/French, good English skills, and other languages are an advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to develop within the company
• Affinity for a digital environment and openness to new working approaches
