Job summary

Barrière invites an experienced Chalet Housekeeper to join Fouquet's Promenade Gstaad, a luxury chalet property opening December 2026. You will oversee housekeeping operations, supervise a small team, and maintain exceptional presentation for VIP guests in a 1,500 m² private chalet.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Rooms Division or Accommodation Management.
• Proven experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations and supervise a team of 3 Room Attendants.
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness across suites, residences, and public areas.
• Coordinate and monitor work of the Room Attendants.
• Inspect suites and residences for arrivals/departures, ensuring VIP setups and standards.
• Manage housekeeping equipment, linen, inventories, carts, and minibars.
• Train the Housekeeping team on the property’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Handle unexpected situations promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate Housekeeping operations with the hotel’s other departments.
