Zusammenfassung

Sunflower Labs is seeking a practical and organized Logistics & Quality Coordinator to join the Manufacturing team in Switzerland. You will oversee stock control, incoming goods inspection, and shipping, and support daily logistics with ERP systems.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Lead and collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing. Experience in logistics or warehouse operations, plus familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Some practical experience in logistics, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or inventory-management system.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to read part numbers, BOMs, drawings, and inspection instructions.
• Comfortable working hands-on with physical products, components, packaging, and production materials.
• Sufficient physical strength to safely lift and carry heavier boxes, components, and production materials as part of normal daily work.
• Forklift experience is an advantage.
• Good computer skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• EU/EFTA citizenship or Swiss work permit.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate physical and ERP inventory and organize stock room locations.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities against POs; perform basic quality checks.
• Prepare and kit materials for production and replenish stock.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and ensure proper documentation.
• Help improve material flow and keep ERP/inventory processes accurate for daily use.
