Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems.
• Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
