Helen of Troy is seeking a part-time Logistics Analyst/Coordinator to support end-to-end logistics performance, cost control, and budgeting. The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI proficiency, and English fluency, with FMCG experience preferred.

You will collaborate with logistics providers, the accounting team, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, quality cost and performance summaries by warehouse, channel and brand. Hybrid work in Switzerland applies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or higher in business, logistics or related field.
• Strong data analysis, KPI tracking and cost-control skills.
• Proven experience in logistics analytics, preferably FMCG.

• Monitor inbound, warehousing and transport KPIs and SLAs for channels, warehouses and brands.
• Lead monthly KPI/SLA reviews for inbound and warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain cost-to-serve models to support decisions.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and accounting for cost allocations and invoicing accuracy.
• Support budgeting and quarterly reforecasts for logistics.

They will close collaboration with logistics providers, the accounting team, and internal stakeholders to provide accurate in time and quality cost and performance summary, by warehouse, by channels and by brands.
