• Support Merchandising Manager in preparing seasonal product briefings for Global Merchandising, Design and Development teams.
• Actively participate in milestone meetings and data-entry for product setups.
• Monitor business performance (sell-in, pre-book, at once) and assist forecasting.
• Conduct consumer/market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with analysis of past sales to anticipate future product needs, including accessories development.
• Manage sample sets, follow deliveries, coordinate photo shoots and shipments.
• Create sell-in and product presentation tools for seasonal launches and buy-ins.

Join us in our Geneva office and help shape the future with us.**What’s the scope?**As our **Merchandising Intern,** you will support the Merchandising Team in the creation of a commercial, consumer and market focused product offer contributing to the overall business strategy and brand vision to meet or exceed overall corporate financial requirements.**Your responsibilities as our** **Merchandising Intern**:* Support of the Merchandising Manager in preparing the seasonal product briefings to the Global Merchandising, Design and Development teams* Active participation in key milestone meetings* Help with the data entry and product set-up process of the product lines in the systems* Support monitoring of the business performance (sell-in, pre-book, at once)* Conduct consumer / market research to identify market trends appropriate to the brand, consumer behavior and new product opportunities* Support with the Analysis of past sales figures to anticipate future product needs* Support the accessories development process – briefing, sample orders & comments* Taking care of our sample sets, follow-up on deliveries, sending products to photo shoots/countries/global teams* Building sell-in tools and product presentation tools to support seasonal kick-offs and sell-in* Support the team with the forecasting process, line-editing and sample ordering* Communicate internally to cross functional teams the product line updates* Support effective daily communication with internal departments on collection related problems, issues, towards clear solutions and decisions**Your** **Skills for Success:*** Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.* Fluent in English (written & verbal) any other European language is an advantage* Flair for fashion* Good understanding and great knowledge of apparel market and market trends* Ability to work under pressure and set priorities accordingly* Splendid time management skills* Excellent skills in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint is a must), Power BI and SAP is a plus* Eager to learn* An analytical mind-set* Team player and result oriented* Self-motivated and result driven* Strong communication skills & presentation skills**We offer**:We value trust and transparency and focus on collaboration and teamwork.
