Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more backend programming languages: Python, Rust, Go, or C++.
• Evaluate agentic systems and design meaningful eval frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Owning the agentic harness powering critical features.
• Building and running evals end‑to‑end with continuous monitoring.
• Influencing model launch decisions based on agent quality.

Kenntnisse

Proficient in Python

Experience with Rust

Knowledge of Go or C++

Evaluating agentic systems
