• Hands-on Linux system administration experience.

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking and core infrastructure services.
• Scripting experience ( Bash, PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, MS 365, Entra ID, or AD is an advantage.
• Analytical, proactive mindset and ownership attitude.
• Citizenship: Swiss or EU (visa sponsorship not available).

• Manage Linux-based server infrastructure.
• Operate Proxmox virtualization environments.
• Maintain storage platforms (Ceph, ZFS).
• Provision, patch, and monitor servers.
• Administer DNS, DHCP, NTP, backup and disaster recovery.
• Support hardware lifecycle management across colocation facilities.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange Online.
• Assist with networking, VPN, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and network engineers on improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and participate in on-call rotation.
