• Solid hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking and Linux administration.
• Experience with telecom protocols such as SMPP, SS7/SIGTRAN, SCTP, or M3UA is a plus.
• Familiarity with virtualization and storage environments, high-availability concepts, and enterprise networking.

Aufgaben

• Manage SMPP and SS7/SIGTRAN connectivity with carriers, customers, and mobile network operators.
• Onboard and test new telecom interconnections.
• Troubleshoot protocol-level issues involving SMPP, SCTP, M3UA, and related technologies.
• Manage Cisco-based networking environments, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, BGP, and internet connectivity.
• Work with Linux systems, Proxmox virtualization, Ceph and ZFS storage.
• Maintain DNS, DHCP, NTP, backups, and high-availability services.
• Participate in incident management, infrastructure improvements, and on-call rotation.
• Maintain documentation and support physical infrastructure in colocation facilities.
