Capgemini Invent in Switzerland seeks a Director in the Life Sciences team to design, lead and sell digital strategy and transformation projects for pharmaceutical clients. You will guide engagements from strategy through execution, leveraging science, data and technology to improve timelines, quality and compliance.

With 10+ years in consulting or pharma, you will mentor a 10+ person LS team, shape strategic offers, and drive client relationships and pre-sales.

Qualifikationen

• A degree in a life science or chemistry field, ideally quantitative.
• 10+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or for big pharmaceutical companies with at least 3 years in consulting for pharma clients.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and strong Life Sciences visibility.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and data flows.
• Excellent communication and English; German or French at C1 is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to lead teams and engage in sales activities with senior management.

• Lead large-scale digital transformations for pharmaceutical clients from strategy to execution.
• Drive pre-sales and sales activities, from opportunity identification to proposal.
• Mentor a team of 10+ LS professionals with diverse backgrounds.
