Hays is seeking a Portfolio and Operations Change Manager to oversee the adoption and execution of five critical operational initiatives within the CS-CoE in Basel. The role blends strategy with hands-on delivery in a hybrid Basel environment (2 days remote, 3 days onsite).

The ideal candidate holds 3–5 years in Healthcare Life Sciences, with CCMP/Prosci or PMP/Agile certifications, and demonstrates exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to drive measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• CCMP/Prosci or PMP/Agile certification highly preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in Healthcare Life Sciences (HCLS).
• Proven track record of leading change in large-scale transformations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex changes for diverse audiences.
