Gi Group# Portfolio and Operations Change Manager## Job DescriptionFor our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for a Portfolio and Operations Change Manager. Contract: ASAP – 31.12.2026 Location: Basel, SwitzerlandTasks & Responsibilities CPL (Contracts, Procurement & Licensing): Support the shift toward a unified project intake platform and harmonized contract management workflows. TRU (Transparency of Resource Utilisation): Drive the rollout of the new CoE-wide time‐tracking model and updated financial WBS structures. L&D (Compliance & Learning Management): Enable global deployment of the CoE training framework, including automated, system‐driven learning assignments. FinOps (Cloud Management): Contribute to the creation of integrated cloud governance practices and a consistent financial operating model. DOG (Deployment of Operational Guidelines): Facilitate the introduction of a centralized “Policy Hub” consolidating all CS CoE policies. Change Strategy & Planning: Develop customized change roadmaps for each of the five initiatives while ensuring alignment with the overall P&O Operations strategy. Communication Development: Produce clear, compelling communication assets such as leadership updates, global announcements, and content for the Process Hub. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate across diverse CS CoE stakeholder groups, build alignment, and ensure regional readiness for global process standards. Training & Adoption Enablement: Work closely with L&D and DOG teams to ensure end-user training and operational guidelines are well adopted and clearly understood. KPI Monitoring: Enhance and track adoption and standardization metrics to demonstrate progress and business impact.Must-Haves Bachelor’s degree required; advanced training or certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) or Project Management (PMP, Agile) strongly preferred. 3–5 years of experience within Healthcare Life Sciences, with demonstrated success supporting large-scale operational change programs. Exceptional ability to distill complex operational topics into concise, engaging, and actionable communication materials tailored to diverse audiences. Able to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on development of change and communication deliverables. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple workstreams with accuracy and resilience.
