Zurich Insurance is seeking a senior Life actuary to own the actuarial reporting and analytics landscape from requirements to delivery and BAU support.

The role partners with Life actuarial teams across units to translate local needs into global, scalable solutions and to lead cross-functional collaboration. This position offers opportunities to advance reporting capabilities, including AI-enabled features and automation, in a global insurer environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified actuary with 10+ years' experience in Life actuarial roles, ideally in financial reporting, actuarial valuation or regulatory reporting.
• Track record of delivering through distributed, cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders across functions and markets.
• Ability to abstract local needs into global, scalable solutions and to challenge bespoke thinking.
• Interest in technology and a forward-thinking view on AI, automation and process improvement.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in English, with a collaborative, cross-cultural approach.

• Own the Life actuarial reporting and analytics application landscape end-to-end, from business requirements through delivery to BAU support and enhancements.

• Generalise local requirements into global, reusable solutions rather than bespoke builds, owning and prioritising the Life reporting applications roadmap.
• Deliver through others, steering our actuarial support team in Bratislava and IT delivery team in Barcelona.
• Identify enhancement opportunities beyond user requests, including AI-enabled features, automation and agentic workflows.
