We are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant / Outreach Support Worker to support children and young people with SEND and additional learning needs across March and the surrounding areas.

This is a varied and rewarding role, with support delivered both onsite at an Alternative Provision setting and within pupils' homes. You’ll work closely with the wider team to help pupils engage with learning, build confidence and make progress.

The Role

• Have experience supporting children or young people, ideally within SEND, SEMH, education or care
• Be passionate about pupil outcomes and building positive relationships
• Provide one-to-one and personalised support based on individual needs
• Support pupils with engagement, learning and day-to-day development
• Be confident working both independently and as part of a wider team
• Be patient, reliable and consistent
• Have access to a car and laptop
• Be able to travel to pupils' homes and the onsite provision across March and surrounding areas
