Zusammenfassung

RIVR Technologies AG is building Physical AI with autonomous robots for real-world doorstep delivery. You will develop multi-modal models enabling robots to act from demonstrations, sensor data, and language commands, focusing on VLA models, imitation learning, and diffusion policies.

The role requires leading a team of engineers, collaborating with product leadership, and delivering edge-deployable solutions on hardware like Nvidia Jetson.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
• 3+ years of industry or research experience; PhD applicable.
• Strong deep learning fundamentals: supervised, self-supervised, transformers, diffusion models.
• Experience developing Vision-Language-Action or large-scale robot models.
• Expertise in robotics autonomy, navigation, and deployment on hardware.
• Proficiency prototyping algorithms and training deep nets in Python (PyTorch).
• Production-level coding in modern C++ is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement VLA models, generalist robot transformers, and imitation learning algorithms.
• Design and test algorithms for real-world autonomy and navigation with spatial reasoning.
• Streamline data collection and training workflows for new tasks and data sources.
• Collaborate with RL team to leverage simulated and real-world data.
• Optimize and distill networks for edge deployment (e.g., Nvidia Jetson Thor).
• Build, lead and mentor an exceptional software engineering team.
• Provide guidance to product managers and executives for strategic decisions.
