Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of hardcore UAV design and development experience with physical drone airframes
• 6+ years of overall mechanical engineering experience in complex Robotics or electromechanical hardware
• End-to-end ownership from CAD concepts through prototypes to finished production hardware
• DFM experience for plastic injection molding, CNC machining, sheet metal, and 3D printing
• Applied physics knowledge in heat, vibration, and structural rigidity
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams under tight deadlines

Aufgaben

• Lead mechanical design and modeling of lightweight quadcopter structures from concept to production
• Lead packaging to integrate PCBs, wire harnesses, power distribution, motors and sensors
• Build functional prototypes and conduct lab validation including vibration, thermal, and drop tests
• Perform FEA, modal and thermal simulations and tolerance analyses
• Define assembly sequences and jigs with Industrialisation, Procurement and suppliers
• Support production with tooling, build instructions and process validation
